Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (selected countries/regions). The specific available shipping destinations are subject to the options displayed on the checkout page.

We cooperate with (or may use) the following international carriers, including but not limited to:

Please note: We will automatically select the carrier based on the actual order situation. At this time, customers are not able to request a specific shipping company.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. Any delays will be communicated via the order page or email notification.

All returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
  • United States: Free shipping on orders over USD $160

  • Canada, Australia, and Europe: Free shipping on orders over USD $260

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Eligibility for free shipping and applicable thresholds (if any) are displayed at checkout and may vary by region.

Duties & Taxes

In certain cases, customs duties and import taxes may apply to your order. The amount of such duties and taxes depends on the regulations of the destination country or region.

Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient in accordance with local customs and tax laws. If duties or taxes are not shown as included at checkout, they are generally payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination address.

Estimated transit times are as follows (subject to checkout page confirmation):

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & Europe: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. You may also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number to view the latest status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate solution. You may be required to provide tracking details and relevant communication records as supporting evidence.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failure, return of the package, additional charges, or delays.

Exception Handling

If any shipping exceptions occur (such as prolonged tracking inactivity, misdelivery, or damage), please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier for resolution.
