Shipping Area
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe (select countries/regions). The available shipping countries/regions are based on the options displayed at checkout.

Carriers
We may use carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., to complete shipping. The actual carrier will be confirmed in the shipping notification.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, there may be slight delays, and we will notify you via the order page or email.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to the address provided in the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without authorization may be refused. The return address is: 3440 DE PAUL LN, STE 208, BRIDGETON, MO 63044, USA.

Shipping Fees and Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders over $160 within the United States, and for orders over $260 in Canada, Australia, and Europe.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method. Free shipping eligibility and thresholds (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and may vary by region.

Customs and Taxes
In some cases, you may be required to pay customs duties and import taxes for your order. The amount of customs duties and taxes will vary depending on the regulations of the destination address.

Please note that these fees are the responsibility of the recipient based on local customs and tax regulations. If the checkout page does not indicate that taxes are included, customs/import taxes are typically borne by the recipient.

Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on the shipping method and destination you select at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia and Europe (select countries/regions): 7–15 business days (as displayed at checkout)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs, or carrier issues. If the shipping time exceeds the expected timeframe, we will notify you via email or SMS and assist with investigating the issue with the carrier or provide alternative arrangements.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send tracking information via email. You can also visit our order tracking page and enter your order number to view the latest order status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Damage and Loss
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the item and provide photos of the damaged packaging and products. We will verify the situation and, upon confirmation of the damage, offer a free replacement or a full refund. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a solution. You may need to provide tracking information and relevant communication records as evidence.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery or return is not possible due to an incorrect address, additional fees or delays may apply.

Exception Handling
If there are any shipping issues (such as long periods without updates, misdelivery, damage, etc.), please contact us with your order number and tracking number, and we will assist in investigating with the carrier.
